Hivelayer is a static website. This page explains what information may be processed when you visit the site or contact Hivelayer.

Information We Collect

Hivelayer does not use account registration, contact forms, comments, advertising pixels, or third-party embedded widgets on the homepage or this privacy page. If you email Hivelayer, the email address you use and the contents of your message will be received so the message can be read and answered.

Cloudflare

This site uses a Cloudflare domain name and Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, such as request data, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, page views, referrers, and performance or security events, to provide analytics, security, DNS, and delivery services.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. Hivelayer does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

Hivelayer does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare services may use limited technical mechanisms necessary to provide security, performance, analytics, DNS, or delivery functionality.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to operate the site, keep it secure, understand aggregate traffic and performance, respond to email, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Hivelayer does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Cloudflare as a service provider for this site, by email providers when you send a message, or when required for legal, safety, or security reasons.

Retention

Email messages may be retained as long as needed to respond or keep appropriate records. Cloudflare analytics, security, and infrastructure data are retained according to Cloudflare's service settings and policies.

External Links

This site links to third-party websites and services, including X, Discord, Patreon, YouTube, whenisitlive.com, and email. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. The privacy link may open in a new tab on desktop screens and in the same tab on mobile screens; that behavior does not change what Hivelayer collects.

Your Choices

You can avoid sending personal information by not emailing Hivelayer or visiting third-party links. You can also use browser or device settings to limit some automatic data sharing.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and Hivelayer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the site or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
